A quick note on adjustment

If you're switching from a very different pillow height, your neck and shoulders may need a few nights to adapt. Most people find their ideal comfort within the first few weeks. If you're unsure, contact us before returning.

We're happy to help you adjust or choose the right loft.

We want you to properly try your pillow at home. If you’re not happy with it, you can return it within the first 100 nights for a full refund. There are no catches - we simply ask that the pillow is returned in good condition. Please read the FAQs below for full details of how the trial works.

To start a return, please email us or use our contact form (both can be found on our contact page) within 100 nights of your order. We will then arrange for a return label to be sent to you so that you can return your pillow to us.

The returned pillow must be in good condition and not damaged beyond normal use. This simply means the pillow hasn't been torn, heavily soiled, or otherwise damaged. We recommend using a pillow case to protect the pillow at all times, but especially during the trial.

No, you don’t need to keep the original packaging. Just make sure the pillow is packaged securely so it’s protected on its way back to us.

Please note that our courier has parcel size limits. To check your package is suitable, add together the two shortest sides, multiply that number by two, then add the length. The total must be less than 245 cm, and the maximum parcel length allowed is 120 cm.

Once your pillow is received by us and checked, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item - although we will aim to process it sooner if possible. Please keep in mind that if you return an item purchased as part of a discounted bundle, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid for that item within the bundle.

No. Every pillow we send out is brand new and unused. Returned pillows are never resold to other customers. We look to donate returned pillows to charity to reduce waste.

Our 2-year guarantee covers manufacturing defects and faults that shouldn’t occur through normal use.

It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or changes in comfort preference over time.
